Speculation regarding the future of Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Fabián Ruiz has intensified. Reports indicate that Chelsea is preparing a substantial offer, valued between €70 million and €90 million, to sign the 30-year-old Spanish international. Simultaneously, Ruiz has been linked to FC Barcelona, though internal opposition from midfielder Pedri has been noted regarding tactical compatibility.

In response to the potential departure of Ruiz, Paris Saint-Germain is reportedly monitoring 21-year-old Moroccan midfielder Yassine Khalifi. Currently playing in Belgium, Khalifi is being considered as a potential long-term replacement to bolster the club’s midfield should the January transfer window see Ruiz move to the Premier League or La Liga.
