Patrick Mahomes Sr. has filed a motion in the 7th District Court in Tyler, Texas, seeking judicial authorization to travel out of state to attend seven Kansas City Chiefs games. The requested travel includes trips to Kansas City, Missouri; Las Vegas, Nevada; and Cincinnati, Ohio.

Mahomes Sr. is currently serving a five-year probation sentence following a 2024 DWI arrest. His probation was previously extended by two years after a February 2026 arrest for violating probation terms.
