Patrick Sébastien is preparing to open a new cabaret, ‘Chez Patoche – Le Plus Petit Cabaret du Monde’, in La Chapelle-aux-Brocs, Corrèze, on November 19. The venue, which accommodates between 160 and 180 spectators, is located in a renovated building that previously served as a discotheque and the New Palace. The opening will feature a dinner-show titled ‘Transformia’, hosted by Sébastien.

To finance the establishment, the 72-year-old former France 2 presenter is selling his 450 square meter residence in Boulogne-Billancourt. Sébastien intends to relocate permanently to Martel in the Lot department, where he has owned property for approximately 50 years, to minimize travel to the Paris region. The sale of the Boulogne-Billancourt home follows reported security concerns, including two burglaries, one of which occurred in August 2019.
