Patro Eisden has undergone a leadership transition in its coaching staff. Emilio Ferrera has been appointed as the new head coach on an indefinite contract, bringing experience from clubs such as Club Brugge and KRC Genk. Ferrera aims to implement discipline and structure to support the club’s ambitions.

Stijn Stijnen, who previously served as head coach, has transitioned into a full-time role as the club’s sporting director. Stijnen noted that the move was driven by the challenges of managing a dual role. While stepping down from the bench after nine years, Stijnen indicated that his coaching career is not over and expressed a long-term ambition to eventually coach Club Brugge.
