Spanish tennis player Paula Badosa has undergone several professional developments following an injury-impacted 2025 season. In October 2026, Badosa was named a Laureus Ambassador, joining a group of Spanish athletes in the organization. She expressed her desire to tell youth to ‘never give up.’

During this same period, Badosa ended a nearly four-year coaching partnership with Pol Toledo. Toledo described the collaboration as a period of ‘overcoming injuries, picking ourselves back up, reaching the Australian Open semifinal’ and stated it was time to ‘close a chapter.’ Badosa is currently working to regain momentum and climb the rankings ahead of the 2027 season.
