The Brazilian football club Paysandu has undertaken several roster management actions following its elimination from Série C.

In late October 2026, the club secured the permanent transfer of 22-year-old striker Juninho from Osasco Sporting. The agreement includes 60% of his economic rights and 100% of his federative rights, with a contract extending through December 2028. Juninho, who recorded 14 goal contributions in 25 matches, is currently recovering from knee surgery and is expected to return during the 2027 pre-season.

Additionally, the club confirmed the contract renewal of 23-year-old goalkeeper Marcão through the end of 2027. Marcão, who primarily served as the third-choice goalkeeper during the 2026 season, expressed a commitment to improving the club’s performance in future years.
