Through the ‘Pertamina Goes to Campus’ (PGTC) 2026 event at the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) in Surabaya, the company aims to combine industrial experience with academic research to support the energy transition and national energy security. Complementing these efforts, the IATMI Talent Development Program provided 24 students with field experience at the Indonesia Drilling Training Center in Indramayu. This program allowed students in petroleum and chemical engineering to engage with drilling rigs and professionals to better understand the technical demands of the upstream oil and gas industry.
