Pertamina has launched a series of regional SMEXPO events in 2026 aimed at expanding market access and business opportunities for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

In Yogyakarta, the SMEXPO event held in early October recorded approximately Rp3.8 billion in combined business-to-business potential, retail transactions, and service agreements. Agus Mashud S. Asngari, President Director of the Pertamina Foundation, noted that the achievement demonstrates the potential of MSMEs when granted strategic partnerships and market access.

The initiative continued in late October with SMEXPO Cirebon in West Java, which featured 32 MSMEs showcasing products such as fashion, food and beverages, and handicrafts. This event is part of a broader regional series that includes locations in Pekanbaru and Cilacap, focusing on helping local businesses scale up through promotion, marketing reach, and networking sessions.
