The initial phase of the resort provides 218 rooms, including Classic, Family, Superior, and Suite Eco Resort categories, primarily utilizing an all-inclusive model. The property features a buffet restaurant, a pool bar, and a lounge bar with direct beach access. It is connected to the existing Pestana Porto Santo, allowing guests to share infrastructure such as the Spa & Health Club, heated indoor pools, and sports fields.

Administrator Paulo Prada indicated that a second, licensed phase involving an additional 130 rooms will proceed once air connectivity to the island increases. This expansion brings the group’s total room count on Porto Santo to 550.
