The Petrovec Municipality has implemented a series of infrastructure, utility, and social projects intended to improve local living conditions. 

Infrastructure and utility developments included the drilling of new water supply wells across several locations, such as Sushica, Gorno Konjari, and Katlanovo, as well as street paving and sewage network construction. Traffic safety was addressed through new signaling projects, and football fields were reconstructed in coordination with the Football Federation of Macedonia.

Social support initiatives involved providing financial aid to pensioners, first-grade students, and persons with disabilities. Additionally, the municipality distributed over 230 humanitarian packages to socially vulnerable families during religious holidays.
