Peugeot has introduced updates to its 2008 compact SUV, which include a refreshed LED lighting signature and an improved battery pack for the electric e-2008 variant to increase autonomy.

Alongside these updates, the manufacturer launched the ‘LUMIERE’ special edition for both the 208 and 2008 models. Based on the Allure trim, these editions offer electric, hybrid, and combustion engine options. The series features cinema-inspired aesthetic upgrades, such as the ‘Verde Alvao’ color for the 208 and ‘Blu Nazare’ for the 2008, both paired with contrasting black roofs and specialized alloy wheels. Interior enhancements include branded headrests and Tremezzo tri-fabric seats with blue-green Opalite stitching.

To highlight the brand’s connection to cinema, the vehicles are scheduled to be showcased at the Rome Film Festival through late October, with exhibitions held at the MAXXI and the Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone.
