Pickleball is seeing significant expansion in Tokyo through new specialized venues and professional sports initiatives.

New facilities have emerged, including PICKLR TOKYO TOYOSU, which offers seven all-weather indoor hard courts featuring Wingfield AI coaching technology. In Shibuya, the NEON PICKLEBALL CLUB has launched as a temporary entertainment-focused venue within the Shibuya Tobu Hotel, reporting high occupancy rates.

Furthering the sport’s commercial presence, Dentsu Group and TBS Holdings have partnered to establish ‘THE DOTS TOKYO’, a professional pickleball team.
