The Government of Montenegro has approved a cooperation agreement to construct the eastern stand at the Stadium Pod Goricom in Podgorica. The project is designed to meet FIFA and UEFA standards and will include a stand with a capacity of over 6,000 seats, media facilities, a VIP lounge, and dedicated spaces for persons with disabilities. 

Additionally, the development will feature a two-level underground garage providing more than 450 parking spaces. Mayor Saša Mujović indicated that construction is expected to commence late this year or early next year, following a month-long tender process.
