In early August 2026, a 6.5 km section between Deniski and Haćki was opened to traffic in the Podlaskie region. This segment connects with existing stretches to form over 27 km of the corridor, with further sections expected to create an 80 km backbone by the end of 2026.

In the Podkarpacie region, construction on the 11.6 km Babica–Jawornik section has reached 80% completion. This project, which includes the ES-26 viaduct—noted as the tallest viaduct in Poland with pillars reaching 80 meters—is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2027.
