In Kos, an 80-year-old man was arrested for the sexual harassment of a 14-year-old girl. Authorities reported that the individual approached the minor in a public space, obtained her phone number, and made inappropriate sexual propositions. He allegedly attempted to arrange a meeting by promising financial compensation. Following a report from the minor’s family, police conducted surveillance and apprehended the man at the designated meeting location.

In Serres, a 50-year-old man was arrested during a raid on a residence and a local livestock farm. The operation resulted in the seizure of cannabis, including seven live plants and approximately 1.7 kilograms of raw cannabis fragments, along with precision scales. Officers also uncovered a significant collection of ancient artifacts, including 214 bronze or copper coins, arrowheads, sling bullets, bracelets, rings, lamps, figurines, and various pottery items. The owner faces charges related to drug law violations and the protection of antiquities.

In Larissa, authorities uncovered a large cannabis plantation in a forested area containing 812 plants, some reaching heights of 2.10 meters. This seizure included approximately 36.6 kilograms of raw cannabis and 40,950 euros in cash. A 34-year-old foreign national was arrested for supplying the plantation, while another individual was identified as responsible for cultivation and guarding the site. The estimated economic benefit from this illegal activity exceeded 800,000 euros.
