Recent sports updates from the Upper Silesia region and various Polish and Czech leagues indicate significant shifts in standings across multiple disciplines.

In the Betclic 3. liga football competition, leadership changes occurred in two groups during the tenth round. Wikęd Luzino moved into first place in Group I after a 2-0 victory over Noteć Czarnków, overtaking Polonia Środa Wlkp. In Group II, Sparta Katowice became the leader following a 2-0 win against Miedzia Legnica reserves, aided by a draw from Zagłębie II Lubin. KTS Weszło remains a promotion contender despite a 1-1 draw with Polonia Lidzbark Warmiński.

In ice hockey, HC Oceláři Trziniec remains at the top of the Czech league after defeating Liberec 3-1. In the Polish men's league, notable results include a 12-2 victory for Polonia Bytom over Podhale Nowy Targ and a 2-1 win for GKS Jastrząb against GKS Tychy. However, Podhale Nowy Targ has since struggled, sitting in 10th place with zero points following an 0-11 loss to GKS Katowice. To address this, assistant coach Marcin Kolusz emphasized the need for psychological support for the young squad.

In other disciplines, GKS Katowice secured a 6-0 win in the women's football league. In Polish handball, ORLEN Wisła Płock enters a match against Handball Stal Mielec on a winning streak, while Mielec seeks its first points of the season. In table tennis, Dojlidy Białystok faces a busy schedule in the 1st league with upcoming matches for both its men’s and women’s teams.
