Polish companies have reported varied financial performance for the first half of 2026.

Some entities showed significant growth. The cyber_Folks Group reported a 71 percent increase in net profit, reaching 22.9 million PLN, driven by its e-commerce technology ecosystem. Similarly, Mirbud reported improved performance with estimated sales revenues of 1.457 billion PLN and a net profit of 45 million PLN. Grupa Kęty has also projected strong third-quarter growth, with expected revenues exceeding 1.6 billion PLN and a net profit of 201 million PLN, attributed to rising aluminum prices.

Other manufacturers and energy firms reported more complex outcomes. Amica Group saw a decrease in consolidated revenues but achieved a net profit of 7 million PLN through its ‘Back to Profitability’ strategy. Conversely, Zremb-Chojnice reported a net loss of 1.66 million PLN despite rising sales. FO Dębica also saw a decline in net profit, falling from 82.5 million PLN to 57.4 million PLN, alongside dropping revenues. In the energy sector, Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa (JSW) reported an estimated net loss exceeding 1 billion PLN and an EBITDA loss of 236.5 million PLN, contributing to a decline in its share price.

Recent reports indicate further shifts. InPost is approaching delisting following a takeover bid by a consortium including Advent, FedEx, A&R, and PPF. Additionally, space technology firm Scanway transitioned to a net loss of approximately 7.36 million PLN due to rising operational costs.

Regarding governance, a report by Sedlak & Sedlak noted that the average annual salary for board members of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange fell by 2.11 percent in 2025 to approximately 1.36 million PLN, the first decline in four years.
