Polish entertainers continue to share reflections on the professional and personal challenges within an evolving industry landscape.

Actress Barbara Kurdej-Szatan has elaborated on the difficulties of professional branding and intense competition. She noted that high competition often forces actors to accept any available work to maintain employment. Kurdej-Szatan expressed a desire to move beyond her established public persona as a ‘cheerful blonde,’ a label she feels has limited her opportunities. To challenge this perception, she produced an emotionally demanding theatrical project for her 40th birthday, which she believes she would not have been cast in due to her existing screen image.

Kacper Kuszewski has observed that the industry has ‘turned upside down,’ shifting focus from artistic depth toward social media influence and commercialism.

Weronika Rosati has discussed the complexities of navigating a career between Poland and the United States. Describing herself as an introvert, she noted the necessity of overcoming prejudice and starting over in Hollywood. Her connection to the U.S. began at age twelve when she applied to the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in New York.

In the music industry, singer Roksana Węgiel highlighted positive intergenerational collaboration. She praised veteran artist Maryla Rodowicz for her warmth, empathy, and professional respect during their work on the song ‘Damą być,’ noting Rodowicz’s continued interest in contemporary global trends.
