Additionally, the reform seeks to reduce the competencies of the Chamber of Professional Responsibility. Under the proposed changes, the selection process for disciplinary spokespersons would shift from being appointed solely by the Minister of Justice to being selected by Judges’ Assemblies at the Court of Appeal and District Court levels.
