Polish local government activities have focused on both international cooperation and domestic civic engagement. In late October, delegations from the Kościerzyna Commune and the Rybnik District conducted official visits to partner municipalities in Pniewy, Poland, and Cacica, Romania. These visits aimed to strengthen regional ties, exchange experiences, and reinforce long-standing partnerships, particularly with the Polish minority in Romania.

By early November, efforts shifted toward domestic community engagement. In Radom, guidance was provided to help residents organize local initiatives through participatory budgeting and goal-setting. Simultaneously, in Krosno, the Pasjonauci Foundation launched consultative meetings to gather resident input regarding the role and expectations of district and neighborhood councils.
