In Wrocław, the Wrocławski Teatr Lalek entered a new season under the direction of Agata Kucińska and Katarzyna Krajewska, focusing on musical premieres for young audiences. As the season progressed into late 2026, major theatrical festivals finalized their programs. The 19th International Theatre Festival Boska Komedia in Kraków is scheduled to run from December 3 to 20. Utilizing the motto ‘No pasarán’, the festival will feature over 30 performances across 13 venues. This includes the Inferno competition, which awards the ‘Boski Komediant’ statuette, and works such as ‘Antygona’ and ‘Hamlet’ to address social and political crises. In Bydgoszcz, the 25th anniversary of the Prapremier Festival will celebrate theatrical discoveries under the theme ‘MIĘDZY INNYMI’ (Among Others).
