Throughout July 2026 Polish voivodeships approved multi‑million‑zł investments in transport, water treatment, sports and environmental projects. EU and national grants above €80 million supported wastewater upgrades, reservoir modernisation and rural community works. On 23 July the government expanded the “Czyste Powietrze” scheme, adding ownership exemptions, a 10 % bonus for selected thermomodernisation and longer repayment terms. In Greater Poland more than €110 million from EU agricultural and regional funds will finance village halls, playgrounds and agrotourism, while Legionowo County received €8.6 million for road, lighting, sewage and green‑space upgrades and €1 million for park revitalisation. Heritage restoration was backed with €800 thousand for Łomża monuments and €270 million for projects in Świdnica, Lower Silesia. Flood‑damaged water‑service infrastructure in Kłodzko, Wejherowo and Malbork will be rebuilt with €59 million for treatment plants, sewers and storm‑water systems. The Małopolskie region allocated about 80 million zł to install roughly 6 000 household sewage‑treatment plants across 19 gminas, and Łódź offered up to 8 000 zł per household for new septic systems. Świętokrzyskie added over 51 million zł for reservoir revitalisation and recreational facilities. On 27 July the Government Road Development Fund earmarked 256 million zł for Greater Poland and nearly 290 million zł for Lublin for local road construction and renovation.

In early August the Silesian Voivodeship approved nearly 310 million zł for 15 urban‑revitalisation projects, though the city of Racibórz was excluded, leaving its market‑square upgrade unfunded. The neighbouring Małopolskie region confirmed promises for household sewage‑treatment plants in six gminas, part of a broader programme covering 25 gminas with a total allocation of 80 million zł for 60 gminas.
