Political figures in Naro have moved to formalize their support for Luigi Salvaggio, a deputy in the Sicilian Regional Assembly (ARS), following his decision to join the Forza Italia parliamentary group.

On September 17, Giuseppe Passarello, the president of the Naro city council, officially joined Forza Italia. Passarello stated that formalizing his support aims to leverage Salvaggio’s parliamentary role to better represent local interests.

Subsequently, on September 20, city councilor Angelo Gallo reaffirmed his support for Salvaggio, citing a political relationship spanning at least twenty years. Salvaggio described the endorsements as an ‘attestato di fiducia’ (certificate of confidence).
