Ponant Explorations, a French luxury expedition cruise specialist, is expanding its service offerings and operational scope.

The company has entered a partnership with the Parisian beauty house Carita to integrate high-end skincare rituals and professional beauty protocols into its voyages. These wellness services, including signature treatments like the ‘Rituel 11 Faubourg’, are designed to assist passenger recovery after exploring remote destinations.

Operating a fleet of 13 vessels, including the ice-capable flagship Le Commandant Charcot, Ponant focuses on intimate, yacht-like experiences in regions such as the Arctic, Antarctica, and the South Pacific. The company also manages the Ponant Yacht Club loyalty program, which serves both Ponant and Paul Gauguin Cruises following an acquisition in 2019.
