PPC Energie has introduced a dynamic electricity tariff in Romania called PPC Ore Smart PRO, specifically targeting small businesses with annual consumption under 200,000 kWh. The plan utilizes smart meters to allow enterprises to lower operational costs by consuming energy during low-price intervals.

Reduced rates, ranging from 1.00 to 1.09 lei/kWh, are available all day on weekends and during specific weekday windows: between 00:00 and 05:59, and from 11:00 to 14:59 between March 1 and October 31 to align with high photovoltaic production. During other times, prices range from 1.65 to 1.73 lei/kWh. General Director Ionuț Dună noted the initiative aims to help entrepreneurs, such as IT firms and restaurants, better control their costs.
