In Prague, construction has officially commenced on the P+R Na Radosti parking house near the Zličín metro station. Managed by the Technical Administration of Communications (TSK), the five-story facility is being built by a consortium for approximately 619.5 million CZK. 

The project aims to provide 596 total parking spaces—including dedicated spots for electric vehicles, persons with disabilities, and families—to assist commuters traveling from the west into the city. The development also includes new stops for municipal and suburban bus lines. Completion is expected in mid-2028 following an 18-month construction period and a three-month commissioning phase.
