The Federação Paulista de Futebol (FPF) has initiated preliminary technical meetings to prepare for the 2027 Campeonato Paulista. During a virtual session involving representatives from 16 clubs—including major teams such as Corinthians, Palmeiras, Santos, and São Paulo—the FPF discussed potential innovations and regulations for the upcoming tournament.

Recent improvements based on club feedback, such as the multiball system, standardized grass height, and monitors for substitute benches, were highlighted. FPF Vice-President Mauro Silva noted that input from clubs, athletes, and coaches is essential for the competition’s development. The suggestions gathered will be reviewed by club presidents and discussed further at an official Technical Council meeting in November.
