Preparations are underway for the upcoming visit of Pope Leo XIV, scheduled for November 8. In Córdoba, Argentina, the Congregation of the Daughters of Saint Joseph is producing 400,000 artisanal hosts using wheat flour and water to support the papal masses. The production includes specialized celiac-friendly options and a large host featuring an engraved crucifix for the Pontiff.

To support the liturgical requirements of the visit, the Archdiocese of Córdoba has opened registration for Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion. Volunteers must undergo spiritual preparation and rehearsals, with age limits set at 65 years.
