The production of the Ajay Devgn film ‘Chauhaan’, directed by Neeraj Yadav, has transitioned from pre-production developments to active filming.

Initial reports indicated that the film, set in Kashmir and centered on an Army officer during militant unrest, was undergoing a script rewrite to adopt a more “intense and confrontational political tone.” This shift followed opposition from the Kshatriya Parishad, a group that objected to the perceived appropriation of Rajput history for modern political narratives.

By October, filming officially commenced in the Kargil region of Ladakh. The production team secured permissions to utilize the mountainous terrain and cold weather to provide an authentic backdrop for the war drama.
