Following these projections, Lawrie secured a victory at the soft-tip tournament ‘The World’ in Tokyo. During the competition, the fifteen-year-old achieved a nine-dart finish in his semi-final and defeated Haruki Muramatsu in the final to claim a $10,000 prize.
