The Naples metropolitan area continues to face various incidents of crime and public disorder. In the Cardito area, thieves were filmed attempting to steal a vehicle in broad daylight near the Villa di Cardito, a location noted for frequent robberies.

In the Fuorigrotta district, disorder has manifested through both event-related chaos and violent interpersonal conflict. Following a Napoli-Bologna football match, the area near the Maradona Stadium saw brawls, illegal parking, and a vehicle collision that left a taxi driver injured. A separate violent street brawl involving approximately thirty people occurred on Via Andrea Doria, reportedly caused by a long-standing grudge between two families following an accidental encounter between former romantic partners. This incident left one man seriously injured and resulted in seven individuals being reported to authorities.

Recent reports indicate further disturbances in the city. In the Piazza Poderico and Camillo Porzio areas, local official Enrico Cella filed a formal complaint regarding groups of youths on scooters who are performing dangerous maneuvers in pedestrian zones and using pellet guns in crowded areas. Additionally, a dispute over traffic in Fuorigrotta escalated into violence on via Mario Gigante, where a 38-year-old driver was attacked with a sharp object following a verbal altercation with three individuals. The victim was treated at San Paolo hospital and subsequently discharged, while local police continue investigations to identify the suspects.
