Fukuoka City and Cohh Co., Ltd. have announced the RAMEN TECH Global Summit 2026, a flagship event of the Fukuoka Co-Creation Innovation Week scheduled for October 7–11, 2026. The summit aims to establish Fukuoka as a central business hub for Asia by facilitating connections between Japan and Southeast Asian markets.

The public program, held on October 8, features sessions on deep tech development in Kyushu, startup-corporate co-creation, and social impact investing. The event includes startup pitching sessions with participants from Singapore and Malaysia, exhibitions, and one-on-one business matching. 

To manage mobility between various venues in the Tenjin and Daimyo areas, a proof-of-concept experiment is being conducted by Local Bridge in collaboration with the shared-cycle service Charichari. This initiative utilizes a digital stamp rally via the ‘Rokato Travel’ app to encourage movement between locations and collect anonymous pedestrian flow data to study smart city MICE strategies.
