Developments: 8. German industrial metal band Rammstein has announced the global theatrical release of its new concert film, ‘Rammstein – Live in Mexico City’. Directed by Paul Dugdale, the 4K production documents a three-night residency at the Foro Sol (now Estadio GNP Seguros) in October 2022, where the band performed for approximately 65,000 fans per night, totaling nearly 200,000 attendees. The film is scheduled to debut in over 1,200 cinemas across more than 40 countries starting November 4, 2026. Participating regions include the United States, Mexico, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Poland, Spain, Australia, and New Zealand. Specific regional dates include a November 5 and November 18 release in Japan, and a November 6 release in France. In Bogotá, screenings are scheduled for November 4 and November 7. The production highlights the scale of the band’s North American stadium tour, which spanned from 2019 to 2024, noting the logistical complexity of using seven Boeing 747 aircraft and a crew of 210 professionals to transport equipment. The setlist includes 23 songs such as ‘Du Hast’, ‘Sonne’, ‘Ich Will’, ‘Deutschland’, ‘Armee Der Tristen’, ‘Du Riechst So Gut’, and the rare performance ‘Te quiero puta!’. To promote the film, the band has released preview videos for ‘Armee der Tristen’, ‘Sonne’, and ‘Deutschland’. Following the cinematic run, various physical and digital editions—including a live album, Blu-ray, CD, vinyl, and a specialized 296-page photo book edition—are expected to be available on November 20, 2026. This release phase will also include a Lucha Libre themed box set. ## Timeline ### 2026-10-23: Rammstein releases live video for Deutschland ahead of concert film Rammstein has released a live video of ‘Deutschland’ to preview their new concert film, ‘Live In Mexico City’, arriving in cinemas globally on November 4. 6 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/rammstein-releases-deutschland-video-from-live-in-mexico-city-concert-film ### 2026-10-06: Rammstein announces ‘Live In Mexico City’ concert film Rammstein has released a preview of ‘Sonne’ from their upcoming concert film, ‘Live In Mexico City’, documenting their 2022 stadium performances in Mexico.
