New large-scale residential and wellness-focused real estate projects have been launched in different Brazilian regions.

In Boituva, São Paulo, Granlote Urbanismo introduced Gran Reserva Boituva, a luxury residential complex spanning over 661,000 m². The development includes 626 lots across three gated communities—Horizon, Skyline, and Ventura—and features infrastructure such as leisure clubs and a certified helipad.

In Abadiânia, Goiás, Grupo CPR has initiated the Fazenda do Lago project near Lake Corumbá IV. This 2.8 million square meter development is designed as a “world-class wellness club residence” and will consist of 803 lots across seven phases. Planned amenities include a marina, golf course, and hotel. The project is currently in the infrastructure construction phase, following municipal approval and registration of its first phase.
