Florentino Pérez has reaffirmed his leadership at Real Madrid following an electoral victory, allowing him to reorganize his sporting project despite previous speculation regarding his tenure and scrutiny over the club’s financial stability.

Following this consolidation of power, Pérez was observed in a cordial interaction with Atlético Madrid President Enrique Cerezo at the Metropolitano stadium. This unusual encounter has sparked debate regarding the social and political standing of Real Madrid within Spanish football and whether the club is becoming more isolated as local perceptions shift toward regional teams.
