REBI Cuenca has experienced recent changes in both its roster and competitive performance in the Liga Asobal. The club and goalkeeper Dani Arguillas reached a mutual agreement to rescind his contract, which was originally scheduled to run until June 2027. Following his departure, the club is evaluating market options to reinforce the goalkeeper position, while reports suggest Abanca Ademar may be interested in signing the 33-year-old Catalan player.

On the court, the team secured a 36-36 draw against Fraikin BM Granollers, highlighted by a last-second equalizer that preserved the team’s undefeated away record. However, the club subsequently suffered a 45-27 defeat against league leaders Barça at Palau Blaugrana.
