Regent Seven Seas Cruises announced a redesign of its three Explorer‑class vessels – Seven Seas Explorer, Seven Seas Splendor and Seven Seas Grandeur. Each ship will cut its suite inventory from 373 to 344, eliminating 29 suites per vessel to provide more space per guest.

The upgrade expands the Veranda Suites, increasing their size from about 307 sq ft to 415‑464 sq ft and adding walk‑in closets, double vanities and larger private balconies. A new Horizon Penthouse Suite category, ranging from 616‑722 sq ft with oversized balconies, will be introduced, and three Distinctive Suites of 821‑918 sq ft will be added to each ship.

Dry‑dock work is scheduled for 2027‑2028: Seven Seas Splendor in November 2027, Seven Seas Explorer in April 2028, and Seven Seas Grandeur in October 2028. President Wesley D’Silva said the changes reflect the company’s “relentless pursuit of perfection” and its commitment to delivering an even more spacious ultra‑luxury experience.
