Regional art and craft exhibitions are seeing high levels of engagement across Europe. In mid-October, the Salzkammergut Turning Days in Austria attracted approximately 1,600 visitors to showcase woodturning and historical techniques, while a hobbyist exhibition in Meerholz, Germany, saw record interest with 51 participating artists.

Following these events, engagement continued with individual exhibitions and community-wide initiatives. In Bad Fischau-Brunn, Austria, Hans Schwarzl presented ‘Der Weg’ (The Way), a collection of mixed media and sculptural works. Meanwhile, in Kolding, Denmark, the ‘Åbne Atelierdage’ (Open Studio Days) prepared for a record turnout, with 62 artists and artisans scheduled to open studios and workshops across the municipality.
