Regional events in Lower Silesia have focused on economic development, culture, and traditional agriculture.

In early October, the region hosted the second SME Congress in Wrocław to address challenges for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises. This was accompanied by the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Holiday in Wałbrzych, which featured regional products, workshops, and a formal session of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Sejmik at Książ Castle.

Later in the month, programming shifted toward rural crafts and agriculture. An event dedicated to women in agriculture, cheesemaking, and traditional food production was scheduled for late October, including the ‘Targ Rolniczek’ (Women Farmers' Market) in Tarnawa to highlight expertise in rural crafts.
