Regional jiu-jitsu athletes have achieved success in various international and regional competitions.

In Zadar, competitors secured multiple medals across different events. At the No-gi Jiu-Jitsu World Championship, Milica Panić of Borac Banjaluka won a silver medal. Additionally, at the JJIF World Cup, members of the Zadar Ju-Jitsu Club competing for the Croatian national team earned three medals: silver for Jakov Jović and Nika Šalina, and bronze for Luciano Santini.

Following these events, Mihael Mejdanac of the JJK Factory Đakovo club won two gold medals at the 21st Open Balkan Championship in Banja Luka, competing in the U16 category. Several other athletes from the same club are also preparing to debut for the Croatian national team.
