In Hong Kong, incidents include a fatal collision between a Tesla and a motorcyclist involving an off-duty auxiliary police officer, and a four-car pileup on Tuen Mun Road that caused significant congestion and injured five people. The Tuen Mun Road accident was reportedly triggered by sudden braking.

In Taiwan, a 25-year-old motorcyclist died after striking a median strip in Kaohsiung. 

In the United States, multiple pedestrian accidents were reported in California, including fatal collisions in Garden Grove and severe injuries in San Diego and Apple Valley.
