The French comedy-drama “Camino dla opornych,” directed by Yann Samuell, is scheduled for release in over 100 Polish cinemas starting October 30, 2026. The film follows the journey of Fréd, a teacher in crisis, and Adam, a 17-year-old with behavioral and legal issues, as they walk over one thousand kilometers to Santiago de Compostela.

The narrative is inspired by the work of Bernard Ollivier and the Seuil association, which utilizes long-distance walking to assist youth in difficult circumstances. The film explores themes of patience, trust, and personal transformation.

Following a successful run in France with 1.2 million viewers, the film has garnered support from various Polish public figures, including musician Muniek Staszczyk, explorer Marek Kamiński, and social activist Jasiek Mela. Pre-premiere screenings in Poland attracted nearly 8,000 people.
