The film premiered its trailer at the Rome Film Festival in the Grand Public section. Starring Elio Germano and Maria Chiara Giannetta, the story follows Simone, a firefighter with strong family values, and Lucia, an independent nurse who has traditionally opposed motherhood. The plot explores the complexities of their relationship as they navigate the emotional shifts and life renegotiations brought about by their decision to adopt a child. Luchetti stated that the film aims to move away from clichés regarding family and adoption, focusing on how couples adapt to non-traditional models of child-rearing. The production seeks to portray human emotions and the search for motherhood through everyday negotiations and connection rather than relying on extreme drama. ## Timeline ### 2026-10-21: Daniele Luchetti film Noi, un po’ meglio to debut on Netflix Daniele Luchetti’s sentimental comedy ‘Noi, un po’ meglio’, starring Elio Germano and Maria Chiara Giannetta, will premiere on Netflix on October 29, 2026. 2 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/daniele-luchetti-film-noi-un-po-meglio-to-debut-on-netflix ### 2026-10-18: Daniele Luchetti's film 'Noi, un po’ meglio' to debut on Netflix Daniele Luchetti’s new film 'Noi, un po’ meglio', starring Elio Germano and Maria Chiara Giannetta, will premiere on Netflix on October 29, 2026, following its presentation at the Rome Film Festival. 10 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/daniele-luchettis-film-noi-un-po-meglio-to-debut-on-netflix --- Cite as: Release of Daniele Luchetti film Noi, un po’ meglio.
