The action thriller ‘The Mongoose’, starring Liam Neeson and Marisa Tomei, is scheduled for theatrical release on October 30. Directed by Mark Vanselow, the film follows a falsely accused special forces veteran, Ryan ‘Fang’ Flanagan, in a high-speed pursuit story.

A central element of the film is a 2024 Shelby Super Snake S650, which serves as a ‘hero car’ during a high-speed escape sequence. While Neeson performed some of his own actions, he noted in an interview with People magazine that professional stunt teams handled the high-speed driving sequences, as he personally lacks interest in automobiles and rarely drives above 58 miles per hour.
