Various religious events and gatherings are occurring across different denominations in Brazil.

In late September, evangelical communities held events in Osasco and Candeias. These included an all-night vigil organized by the UMAFÉ youth ministry of the Igreja Evangélica Avivamento da Fé (IEAFÉ) and the commencement of Evangelical Culture Week in Candeias, which featured musical performances and spiritual messages.

In October, Catholic activities were highlighted by a regional meeting of the National Conference of Bishops of Brazil (CNBB) involving leaders from Bahia and Sergipe to discuss Base Ecclesial Communities. Additionally, the Basilica Sanctuary of Nossa Senhora das Dores in Juazeiro do Norte announced the schedule for the Romaria de Finados, a pilgrimage expected to attract thousands of participants.

On October 24, the North Vicariate of the Diocese of Campos hosted its annual meeting for approximately 1,200 Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion at the Santa Teresinha Parish in Campos dos Goytacazes. The event featured spiritual deepening and lectures, concluding with a Mass presided over by Bishop Dom Roberto Francisco Ferrería Paz, who emphasized the role of ministers as “servants to the needy and participants in the communion of the Church.”
