Reports of arson attacks involving residential properties and vehicles have emerged in Scotland and Australia. In Broughty Ferry, Dundee, masked individuals allegedly used flammable liquid and a machete to attack a home and two vehicles, causing extensive damage.

In Australia, separate incidents have been reported in Perth and Sydney. In Ballajura, two individuals targeted a parked vehicle with flammable liquid, resulting in a total loss. In Abbotsford, Sydney, police increased patrols following an attempted arson on Weddle Avenue where a resident prevented the ignition of gasoline. This attempt followed a previous attack on the same street where a 17-year-old boy was arrested and charged for allegedly setting a home on fire, an incident that required the rescue of an 88-year-old woman.
