In the Lindenau district, construction has begun on the ‘LINDEN°WEST’ complex at Erich-Köhn-Straße 51a. Developed by OTTO WULFF, the project intends to replace a gap in the historic Wilhelminian-style neighborhood caused by a previous building collapse. The development will feature 37 condominiums and is scheduled for completion by December 2027.

In the Südvorstadt district, Stadtbau Wohnprojekte GmbH is developing a new residential quarter at Kohlenstraße. This project involves the construction of 154 apartments across three buildings on a site of approximately 6,437 square meters. This development serves as an initial phase of a larger urban quarter planned for the Bayerischer Bahnhof area, which is projected to eventually house around 1,600 apartments. Completion for buildings B and C is expected by the end of 2026, with building A following in late 2027.
