The terminal has processed 370,000 TEU and serves as a regional transshipment hub within the Gemini network, an operational collaboration between Maersk and Hapag-Lloyd. Through its role on the AE12/SE1 line, the terminal connects major Asian ports with Mediterranean and Adriatic ports, including Italian locations such as Trieste, Venice, Ravenna, and Ancona.
