Various events are being held across Italy to honor the 76th birthday of singer-songwriter Rino Gaetano.

In Rome, the Rino Gaetano Band, led by the artist’s nephew Alessandro Gaetano, is performing two tribute concerts at the Riverside in the Montesacro neighborhood on October 29 and 30. These performances feature emerging talents such as Cristiano Cosa and Corpoceleste, and coincide with the upcoming 50th anniversary of the 1976 album ‘Mio fratello è figlio unico’.

In Terni, a commemorative evening titled ‘Nella notte di Rino il cielo è sempre più blu’ is scheduled for October 29 at the Hotel Michelangelo. The program includes music, theater, and storytelling featuring Domenico ‘Mimì’ Messina, a longtime friend of the artist, alongside a theatrical performance by Stefano de Majo.
