The Municipal Health Council of Rio Branco approved the removal of Francisco Oliveira da Silva Ribeiro from his position as council member and president.

The commission classified his conduct as a “grave ethical infraction” incompatible with his oversight of the Unified Health System (SUS). Evidence included testimonies and documented conversations regarding fund transfers via PIX, as well as irregularities involving the use of a public vehicle while operating with an expired driver's license.
